AmCham: Romanian Current Clawback Mechanism Sends Negative Message To Investors

The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania, or AmCham, called on the Government Tuesday to revise the clawback tax, adding that failing to rethink the system will irreversibly affect the trust of foreign investors and will make the country less attractive for future investments.
