ANZAG Buys A Further 20% In Farmexpert

German drug wholesaler ANZAG, with annual turnover of over EUR4 billion, has bought 20% of Farmexpert from businessman Eugen Banciu, the company's founder, increasing its participation to 80%. This is the second deal closed between ANZAG and Eugen Banciu, as the German group bought a 60% stake in 2006.
