Pharmaceutical producer Biofarm Bucuresti (BIO.RO) has informed the local capital market in a report about the decisions taken at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of October 5, among which the approval of the sale of a property held by the company in capital Bucharest, for the amount of EUR5 million.
