Dan Ivan, Actavis: We Thoroughly Changed Our Business Model

Retail sales (via pharmacies) are now at more than 60% of the total at the moment, because of a decision made to change the business model at the end of 2011, says Dan Ivan, general manager of Actavis, a top 20 pharmaceutical company in Romania, which owns the Sindan plant in Bucharest and also imports products from its parent company.
