Farmexpert Wins In Court 90% Cut In Antitrust Fine

The Bucharest Court of Appeals has ruled to reduce by 90% to 1 million lei (EUR226,480) an antitrust fine of around RON11 million applied by the Romanian Competition Council to pharmaceutical wholesaler Farmexpert DCI in 2011.
