MedLife Buys Muntenia Hospital

Private healthcare provider MedLife (M.RO) has signed a deal to buy 99.7% in Muntenia Hospital established and run by SIF Muntenia (SIF4.RO), the group announced. The announcement comes one month after rival Regina Maria network issued a press release about buying the same hospital.
