Pharma Market Rises 7% In First Half, Companies Expect Contraction In Second Half

Drug sales reached EUR1.4 billion in the first six months of this year, up 7% against the similar period of 2012, shows data of market research company IMS Health. Results recorded during this period reveal an intensification of the growth rate, with IMS Health representatives saying an important factor in this evolution has been the exchange rate.
