Highway Construction Pace Three Times Slower Than Last Year

Romania’s ten most important highways under construction, totaling 250 kilometers, are 68% completed even if most of them should have been finalized in April. The highway construction pace reached 2.7% between May 1 and June 1, three times slower than 8% in May last year, which raises doubts about how construction works will go this year.
