Hochtief Solutions To Upgrade Mihail Kogalniceanu Airport For EUR18M

German firm Hochtief Solutions will upgrade the Mihail Kogalniceanu International Airport in Constanta, southeastern Romania, for EUR18 million, after the project was cleared by the Bucharest Court of Appeals, said law firm Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP).
