Companies Prefer Temporary Workers To Permanent Employees, HR Company Finds

The number of temporary workers in Romania who have been offered permanent jobs has decreased 4% in January-May 2011, as employers prefer temporary work contracts which allow them to adjust staff numbers depending on workload and demand, according to recruitment company Trenkwalder.
