Executives At Romanian Small Companies Get Average Gross Pay Of EUR116,300/Year

General managers in Romania, at companies employing 200 to 300 people, receive average gross pay of EUR116,300 per year, bonuses included, one of the lowest levels in Europe, according to a survey conducted by executive research company Pedersen & Partners.
