Irish Building Materials Maker Kingspan Buys Owner Of Romanian Megaprofil Buzias

Irish Kingspan, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelopes, on Tuesday said it reached an agreement with the owners of Belgian group Joris Ide, which operates in Romania through company Megaprofil Buzias, to acquire 100% of Joris Ide shares.
