Law firm Filip & Company legally assisted ENGIE Romania, the largest local gas distributor, in contracting a EUR90 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) for the funding of some new green energy projects with a total estimated capacity of at least 250 MW, set to be developed by 2028.
