Malta’s Premier Capital Takes Over McDonald’s Operations In Romania

US-held fast-food restaurant chain McDonald’s, which entered the Romanian market directly in 1995, has sold the local operations to Malta’s Premier Capital. Premier Capital holds the franchise of the chain on five other markets: Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Malta, market sources say.
