Moratti Family Puts EUR200M Wind Project In Constanta “On Hold”

Oil giant Saras, a business of around EUR12 billion chaired by Massimo Moratti, says it has suspended the authorization process for a EUR200 million wind project it planned to build in Constanta, south-eastern Romania. The reason is the change brought to the green energy support scheme as of July 1this year.
