Norofert Acquires Majority Stake In Seed Producer Expert Agribusiness

Norofert, (stock symbol: NRF), the Romanian producer of organic agricultural inputs and biotechnology provider for agriculture, has announced the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of a 60% stake in Expert Agribusiness SRL, a Romanian seed producer with local genetics, headquartered in Fundulea, Calarasi County, the company said in a stock market report on Monday (Feb 23).
