Nuclearelectrica Shareholders Approve Special Dividends And Refurbishment Of Cernavoda Unit 1

Shareholders of Romanian state-owned nuclear power producer Nuclearelectrica (SNN.RO), operator of the power plant in Cernavoda, on Thursday approved the distribution of special dividends required by the government, in the amount of RON110 million.
