One United Properties 2025 Net Profit Up 14% YOY to RON426M

One United Properties, Romania’s leading green developer of residential, mixed-use and office real estate, recorded a preliminary consolidated turnover of EUR280.2 million in 2025, in line with 2024, while gross profit increased by 17% year-on-year (YoY) to RON101 million euros.
