Adrian Paval and Dragos Paval, the owners of do-it-yourself retail chain Dedeman, the largest Romanian entrepreneurial business, have transferred their holdings in listed companies Electrica and Conpet from Dedeman SRL to Paval Holding, per a stock market report.
