Philip Morris Invests EUR490M In New Factory In Otopeni

Tobacco company Philip Morris International will be opening in Otopeni (Ilfov County), a tobacco reserve factory for tobacco heating product IQOS, an investment of EUR490 million due for completion in 2018, according to company representatives.
