Posta Romana To Deliver Driving Licenses, Vehicle Registration Certificates For RON32.1M

Romanian state-run postal company Posta Romana will provide courier services for the delivery of driving licenses and vehicle registration certificates to beneficiaries, over the next four years, based on a contract worth 32.1 million lei, VAT included, (EUR7.2 million).
