In five residential projects around Aurel Vlaicu (Baneasa) airport, where over 1,500 homes have been built in the past few years, developers have over 400 housing units left to sell or to rent, at prices that start from EUR47,000 for a studio, shows a ZF analysis on one of Bucharest’s most sought after residential areas.
