Apartment Rental Rates In Bucharest Fluctuated In Past 12 Months

Property rents in Romania’s capital city Bucharest saw a decline over the past year, mainly in prime areas where rental prices fell by up to 12.5% for two-room apartments, while rental rates in “low-cost” areas either stagnated or rose by up to 10% for two-room flats, according to imobiliare.ro.
