Average Housing Prices In Romania Down 1.3% In 2012

The average sale price of new and old apartments in Romania went down by 1.3% in 2012, from EUR991 per square meter at the beginning of the year, to EUR978 per square meter at the end of December, real estate website imobiliare.ro said in a statement Tuesday.
