Businessman Dan Sucu Partners With Conarg For EUR80M Residential Investment

Businessman Dan Sucu, owner of the Mobexpert group, and Pitesti-based builder Conarg started construction on a residential complex, Arcadia Apartments in the Domenii-Expozitiei and Grivita subway station area in northern Bucharest. The new complex will consist of 1,000 apartments and require a EUR80 million investment.
