Businessman Marius Ivan And Czech InterCora Turn Piata Pipera Into Pipera Plaza

Businessman Marius Ivan, founder of construction materials producers Dufa and Henkel Bautechnik and developer of office building North Gate, this winter closed down Piata Pipera he opened in 2012 and teamed up with Czech group InterCora to erect a commercial project called Pipera Plaza in which he attracted tenants such as Lidl and Starbucks.
