C&W: Logistics & Industrial Space Lease Volume Slightly Lower To Nearly 562,000 Sqm In Jan-Sept 2021

The volume of logistics and industrial spaces leased in the first nine months of 2021 totaled 562,000 square meters, slightly lower by 3% versus the same period in 2020, with the leasing activity being backed mostly by new demand, which accounted for 86% of the total volume transacted, per data from real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
