Crosspoint: New Demand For Office Space Up 6% In Bucharest In January-September

Net demand for office space in Bucharest overshot the 93,000 square meter mark in the first nine months of 2026, an increase of 6% on the year-ago period, while the total rental transaction volume shrank by 14% to 140,388 square meters, data from Crosspoint Real Estate, the international partner of Savills in Romania, show.
