CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area, has announced that Fabi Total Grup, a Romanian company specialized in the production of cleaning agents and the storage of professional cleaning products, has leased approximately 4,700 square meters within CTPark Bucharest South, located in Popesti-Leordeni, in southern Bucharest.
