DTZ: 13 Romanian County Seats Lack Modern Shopping Centers

Romania’s northeastern town of Suceava ranks first in a classification according to commercial real estate investment per 1,000 inhabitants, while 13 of the country’s county capitals have no such project, according to a report of consultancy company DTZ Echinox.
