Commercial space demand will continue to grow in 2015 in shopping centers, retail parks and shopping malls, as fashion retailers such as LPP, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Pepco and CCC announced important expansion plans on the Romanian market, according to DTZ Echinox.
