DTZ: Romania’s Densely Populated, But Lowest-Income Regions, Enjoy Most Modern Retail Developments

The modern retail stock outside Romania’s capital city Bucharest is 1.9 million square meters, the bulk of which is the country’s North-East, South-East and North-West regions which are the most densely populated, but the poorest in terms of the average salary, according to a survey by DTZ Echinox.
