Investment fund Globalworth Real Estate Investments, run by Greek businessman Ioannis Papalekas, bought for EUR42.5 million the warehouse leased by Dacia near Oarja, in the vicinity of the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, held by businessman Simon Roth.
