Emilian Radu, former PricewaterhouseCoopers partner, along with Vasile Iuga, Radu Stoicoviciu and Mihaela Mitroi, three partners of the audit and consultancy firm, are investing almost 10 million lei (EUR2.2 million) in developing a convenience retail center in Corbeanca, near Bucharest.
