Gastronom Buzau, Held By SIF Transilvania, Plans To Pay RON2.5M Dividends At 14.3% Yield

The sole administrator of Gastronom Buzau (GAOY.RO), a company specialized in leasing and subleasing real estate, respectively, Diana Veres, Chairwoman of the Executive Board, has called a shareholders meeting for March 30, 2020 to approve the distribution of dividends in the amount of RON2.54 million, namely, a gross dividend of RON8.3 per share.
