GTC's Galleria Malls Lose 13% In Value Over Third Quarter

The value of Galleria malls held in Romanian cities Suceava, Buzau and Piatra Neamt by developer GTC has declined by nearly 13% over the third quarter, because of reduced occupancy and declines in the estimated rent, as the average rent was reduced to EUR5 per square meters per month, from EUR12.
