Howard Johnson Asks For Downgrade To Four Stars

The Howard Johnson hotel in Bucharesthas asked to be downgraded from five to four stars in order to be able to host events organized by pharmaceutical companies. The latter decided last year to no longer organize events in five-star hotels.
