Investors To Receive 30% Of Rents From Homes Built With Romanian Housing Agency

Private investors who will build homes for Romania's Housing Agency (ANL) in partnership with the Government will receive 30% of the rents, but the construction contracts will be signed only after Eurostat decides the budget deficit will not be affected by the projects.
