Ioana Momiceanu To Manage Dinu Patriciu's Romanian Real Estate Assets

Dinu Patriciu Global Services, or DPGS, owned by Romanian businessman Dinu Patriciu, Wednesday said it has appointed Ioana Momiceanu as head of asset management for its real estate portfolio in Romania.

"Ioana (Momiceanu) has a 17-year background in real estate and she is a member of the managing board at Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in Romania. Previously, Ioana created and ran two companies in Romania: Jones Lang LaSalle in 1995 and the CB Richard Ellis franchise in 2001. Between 2001 and 2008, (Momiceanu) was chief executive officer of CBRE in Romania, after which she became CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania," the company wrote in a news release.

DPGS has a gross asset value of some EUR1.3 billion, including a total 124 properties.

Some 60% of the properties are located in Germany, 30% in Romania and 10% in another four European countries.
