Lithuania’s Apex Alliance Invests EUR90M In Four Hotels In Bucharest

Lithuania’s Apex Alliance, held by a number of investors, such as Nerijus Numavicius, regarded as the richest man in the Baltic country, will invest EUR90 million to build four hotels in Bucharest by mid-2020. This makes the company the most active investor in the local hotel sector.
