Meta Estate Trust, a real estate holding, has announced the development of a new commercial asset in Vanatori commune, Galati county, under a lease agreement signed with Penny, part of the German REWE group. The contract has an initial term of 15 years, with extension options, providing visibility and predictability over long-term revenues.
