NEPI Acquires The Lakeview Building, In EUR61.7M Deal

South-African investment fund New Europe Property Investment (NEP.RO) Monday said it will pay EUR61.7 million, including the outstanding bank debt, to acquire The Lakeview offices from US group AIG Lincoln and businessman Dinu Patriciu.
