Old Apartment Prices In Bucharest Reach Five-Year High In June 2016

The average price of old apartments in capital city Bucharest rose to EUR79,650 in June 2016 from EUR78,400 a month ago, which translates into an increase of 1.59%, or EUR1,250, according to ZF’s real estate index drafted in collaboration with real estate consulting firm Coldwell Banker.
