Old Three-Room Bucharest Apartment Average Asking Price Rises to almost EUR144,000 in July 2026

The average asking price for an old three-room apartment in Bucharest in July 2026 reached EUR143,923, up by EUR2,000 and 1.4% respectively from June 2026. Against July 2025, prices went up by EUR15,077, the equivalent of an 11.7% annual advance, the ZF real estate index compiled with SVN Romania shows.
