“Mândra” Oil Factory, located in Bârlad, Str.

Starting price is 2,464,006 Euro excluding VAT.

It is possible to submit offers below the starting price.

The property presents both the opportunity to continue the production activity and the opportunity to develop a commercial, retail, residential or mixed real estate project.

With regard to the VAT, the legal provisions in force at the date of the transfer of ownership will be applied, for each type of asset separately.

The deadline for submitting the participation documents and the binding offers accompanied by the warranty is 24.03.2022, at 16:00 at the headquarters of the judicial administrator in Bucharest, str. Gara Herăstrău no. 4, Green Court Building A, et. 3, sector 2.

The participation warranty is 10% of the starting price without VAT. There is no VAT applied to the warranty.
