Greek businessman Ioannis Papalekas, one of the most dynamic real estate investors of Bucharest in recent years, is in talks with businessman Ovidiu Buluc to acquire a 26,000-sqm land plot in Pipera where the warehouses of Farmexim group operated until the start of this year.
