Prices Of Old 3-Room Apartments In Bucharest Fall By EUR1,600 In March; Average Price Does Not Go Below EUR75,000

The average asking price of old three-room apartments in Bucharest went down in March for the first time since the start of the year, hitting an average of around EUR75,300, according to ZF real estate index compiled in partnership with real estate consultancy Coldwell Banker on the basis of Anuntul Telefonic ads.
