Real estate developer Practic Bucuresti (PRBU.RO), controlled by businessman Radu Timofte, summoned the company’s shareholders at a meeting scheduled for July 18 to approve the closing of a credit contract for the granting of a one-year revolving credit line of EUR405,000 from Blom Bank.
