Real Estate Developers In Romania Need Loans Of EUR250 Million To Continue Projects

Several real estate developers in Romania will seek to attract financing of around EUR300 million this year to take their mall or office projects further, with the biggest funds being needed for the building of ParkLake Plaza of Titan and office tower Bucharest One in Calea Floreasca, according to a ZF analysis.
