Romanian Railway Company CFR Repairs Just 10 Km Of Rail Annually

Romania’s state-owned railway company CFR has major delays in its railway rehabilitation program, as 8,000 km out of a network of 10,700 km require capital repairs and the company barely repairs 10 km a year, company strategy manager Jean Nicolaos said Monday.
